What:                               5K Cross Country Race (Part of the PA USATF XC Grand Prix!)

When:                             Saturday, October 10^th 2009

Time:                               9:00 AM –Women’s Race Start

9:45 AM—Masters Men’s Race Start (40 +)

10:30 AM—Open Men’s Race Start

Where:                           Folsom High School, 1655 Iron Point Rd, Folsom, California

Cost:                         $15 if postmarked by October 3rd.

                                    $20 late/race day registration

Directions:            Take Hwy 50 east to Folsom.  Take Prairie City Road off-ramp.  At light go left and cross over freeway.  Take a right at Iron Point Road.  Go to the second stoplight. 

Folsom High School “upper parking lot" is ahead on the right.
